Screw wash press type RWP

For intense rinsing of faeces, dewatering, compressing and transporting of waste from screens, we supply a screw wash press type RWP. The screw wash press is available with a screw diameter of 200, 300, 400 and 500 mm. Capacities from 1 to 9 m3/h. The screw wash press can be equipped with 1, 2 or 3 inlet funnels to transport waste from several screens.

The screw shaft is equipped with a center core tube. The pitch in the press zone is smaller to ensure transport. An injection piece has been fitted on top of the pressing zone where water is injected under high pressure into the pressing zone to spray the faeces. Water under pressure is also injected into the press zone via the screw shaft.
